Puppy Application Form
At Thistleridge Jack Russell Terriers, the health, happiness and well-being of each of our puppies is very important to us. These are very special dogs who require owners that are willing to accept the responsibilities that go along with JRT ownership. To help us ensure that our puppies are being placed in loving, knowledgeable, capable and permanent homes, please send an e-mail telling me about yourself, your family situation, how you will contain and keep the pup, and why you want a Jack Russell Terrier.
